Mapping Your Compliance Landscape

All courses will be free to Queensland learners until May 2026 as part of the Micro-Credentialling Program.

This program is proudly funded and supported by the Queensland
Government.

Mapping Your Compliance Landscape is the first of five micro courses in the NDIS Registration Readiness Series.

Each micro course is designed to support Queensland NDIS providers understand the formal requirements of NDIS registration and the systems and evidence they will need to be registration ready.

This down to earth pathway is suitable for quality system beginners, with a focus on:

  • translating requirements into the language of everyday humans
  • short micro bursts of learning that fit around your daily timetables – both professional and personal
  • providing practical help in the form of tools and templates that are immediately useful.

While each course can be done independently, we do recommend completing the entire series.

Either way, we recommend starting with this course:

Course 1. Mapping Your Compliance Landscape.

After this training, you will be able to:

  • Understand the key accountability “hats” every NDIS business must wear – no matter how big or small.
  • Recognise what makes your services carry extra responsibilities (based on who you are and what you provide).
  • Start to decode confusing guidance information into simple, everyday language you can actually use.
  • Use a straightforward method (HELPr) to break down complexity and build registration-ready systems – designed for support workers and small business owners, not quality experts.

You will walk away with:

  • Your own accountability map – built during the session and tailored to your business.
  • A HELPr action plan – showing your next steps, ready to grow as you complete more micro-courses.
  • Ready-to-use templates, checklists, and guides you can adapt to your service.

You will achieve:

The micro-credential “Compliance Environment Mapping, upon successful completion.
